Paintball this weekend - Orion Valley - May 28, 2011

We will be playing our final game of the season this Saturday, May 28th at Orion Valley. Afterward, we'll be jumping in the pool and maybe grilling out some lunch, depending on everyone's mood and availability. It will be hot - hydrate accordingly.

Primary scenario: INFILTRATOR

We'll end the year with everyone's favorite way to get shot up close.

Special requirements: Since this is the last game of the season (we'll start up again in September), it's highly recommended to bring out all of your paint and shoot it up!

If you plan on being or bringing out someone as a guest this weekend, please let me know in advance, so that we can have some gear put aside for them. At this time all of our guest gear is cleaned up and ready to go.

Bring a ruck and what you need to sustain while playing (water, camelback, etc.).

Please note, if you need directions they are posted in the forums, under the "Orion Raiders Paintball" section. There will also be a games discussion for this weekend listed there as well.

Look forward to seeing everyone there!

Paintball this weekend - Orion Valley - May 7, 2011

We will be playing this Saturday, May 7th. It will be a cool morning and then it'll be hot. The hot is here, so let's get started at 9am.

Primary scenario: SNIPER/COUNTER SNIPER

Slow moving through the brush for sniper discovery and elimination.

Special requirements: I would hazard to guess it's too hot for a ghillie suit, but if you are the Yeti-type then it just may work for you.

If you plan on being or bringing out someone as a guest this weekend, please let me know in advance, so that we can have some gear put aside for them. We have four guest set-ups and everything is still ready to go from last time, so it's a good time to get a guest into the action.

Bring a ruck and what you need to sustain while playing (water, camelback, etc.).

Please note, if you need directions they are posted in the forums, under the "Orion Raiders Paintball" section. There will also be a games discussion for this weekend listed there as well.

Look forward to seeing everyone there!

Whoop!

U.S. Blackhawk helicopters ferried about two dozen troops from Navy SEAL Team Six, a top military counter-terrorism unit, into the compound identified by the CIA as bin Laden's hideout — and back out again in less than 40 minutes. Bin Laden was shot in the head, officials said, after he and his bodyguards resisted the assault.
